HYPE: 

Join us for a 30-minute ride - we’ll skip the weights (don’t worry House has you covered on that!) you’ll get your full body workout packed into 30 minutes to prep you for your next stop on the triathlon. We’ll dance it out on the bike along to a killer energizing playlist!

Kamino: Run with Kamino Running Co. Run/Jog a 3-4 KM Route between House of Trainers & Hype Cycle Club. You will get an approximate 20 minute to 30 minute of a solid workout. Come join the Lower Mainland’s Best Run Club, Kamino, for this run circuit.

House: Rep it out! Join us at House of Trainers for 30 minutes of Housecamp. You will get a 30 minute sweat that will involve lifting, conditioning, and core. If you have never been to Housecamp before then let us show you how 30 minutes is all you need to get the ultimate sweat.

  1. 30-Minute Spin Class

    • Location: Hype Studio, 1388 Dominion Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 8G7

    • A high intensity cycling session to kickstart your TriFit journey.

  2. 3-4 KM Community Run

    • Hosted by: Kamino Running Club

    • Scenic route starting from Hype or House of Trainers

  3. Dynamic Training Session

    • Hosted by: House of Trainers - 950 Seaborne Ave Unit #1145, Port Coquitlam, BC V3E 3G7

    • Focused on strength and conditioning to complete your TriFit experience.

  4. Circuit Over - 2:30 PM - Head to House of Trainers for BBQ, Games, & Raffle Prizes.

TriFit Circuit: Choose Your Starting Point!

To keep the energy high and the spaces comfortable, we’re splitting participants into three equal groups—each starting at a different location. This helps us make sure everyone has enough room to crush their workout!
Here’s How It Works:

  • Three Groups, Three Starting Points:

    • The Ride – Starts at Hype Cycle Club

    • The Track – Starts at Kamino Run Club

    • The Rep – Starts at House of Trainers

  • Limited Spots: Each group has a set number of spaces. Once they’re full, they’re full—so sign up early to grab your spot!

  • Rotate and Conquer: Each group will rotate through all three locations, getting the full TriFit Circuit experience at every stop.

Pick your starting point and get ready to move! Sign up now before your preferred group fills up!
