Protein Pancakes
A balanced morning starts with a batch of these protein-packed pancakes π₯. First, we combine mashed banana, 2 eggs, baking powder and cocoa powder, then we cook them in a pan while the coffee brews. Top them with nut butter, ED Smith no sugar added jam, or 1/4 cup of fresh berries.

Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- Β½ tsp. cocoa powder
Directions
- Mash banana, add eggs and baking powder and cocoa powder, whisk until combined.
- Heat skillet and spray with coconut oil and add 3 tbsp. of pancake batter.
- Let cook for 30 seconds and then flip to the other side.
- Serve with nut butter, ED Smith no sugar added jam or ΒΌ cup fresh berries.
- Add Β½ portion of oats on the side or Β½ portion of yams on the side
