Taste of Fall Cookies

My “Taste of Fall” cookies are one of my favourite things to bake! Simple ingredients, easy to make, and healthier than store-bought!

Ingredients

1 banana, mashed

2 eggs 

1/2 cup coconut butter 

2 tbsp liquid coconut oil 

2 cups quick-cooking oats

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup Lilys Vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well

  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix well

  3. Stir in chocolate chips

  4. Refrigerate from 30 minutes to overnight

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
