As a former dancer and dance instructor, she understands the need for a healthy and strong foundation to complement ones skills. Her focus is on providing the education and training necessary to build strength, increase range of motion, and mitigate injury; guiding youth on the path of strength and resiliency for a successful future in life and in their activities.

Sara is also an NCCP Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach. She has had the pleasure of coaching many youth and adults on their journey to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting in BC.
