Congratulations!

Congrats on completing the 5 week nutrition program. It’s always great to see when people take the time to understand their needs and put themselves in control of their health and wellness journeys. I am grateful you trusted me with your journey and I am hoping you have felt, seen or enjoyed the process of it all. 

 

A few of the same questions came up and that was, where do I find creative recipes and which cookbooks do you recommend. Below are a few cookbooks I recommend for healthy eating.

I also explore Pinterest and type in the ingredients I have for example (chicken, broccoli, asparagus, healthy meals) and then usually a ton of items will pop up!

Another question that came up about how to stay accountable after the 5 weeks. It’s all how much you want to put in. I recommend continuing to your plan as close as possible to the 80 /20 rule and then allowing for limited restrictions. Try not to deny yourself food, you are causing stress on your body (your cortisol levels will spike and prevent fat loss/weight loss from taking place). Instead, if you are craving something, enjoy it and move on.
