You’ve almost made it to the end of Week !
TGIF!
We are now at the end of week 3 of our 5 week challenge! You have made it past the half way point and I am excited for all of you.
With 2 weeks left we have managed to learn about nutrition and what our bodies can do for us.
With the assignments sent out on Mondays and Fridays I highly recommend going over all of them this week and seeing areas you have been successful and areas you might need a bit more work in. I really want you to be your most successful self during these 5 weeks but also after the program as well. Get those assignments back to me and let me dial you in for the next 2 weeks with help you may need and questions you may have!!
