You’ve almost made it to the end of Week !

Happy Friday!

We are at the end of week 2, and heading into our second weekend of the program. Let’s refer back to the  video on going out and living in moderation. Take a look at this video and see how we can maintain our healthy lifestyle all while still living our lives. 

You all got the fitness plans this week which I am hoping you were able to look at or even start. If you haven’t that’s okay but reach out if you have questions or concerns. 

I loved getting your goals, photos and weekend accountability sheets back last week. I find that the people who have the most success on the program are the ones who complete these and ask questions, don’t be afraid to ask questions you are unsure of! 

I have attached a few label reading videos, as a lot of you had questions regarding how to read labels. I hope these videos help you when you are grocery shopping this weekend!
