With an athletic background in rep A softball and soccer, Kirsten brings both experience and structure into her coaching. Her training style blends strength training with functional movement, helping clients not only improve their physique, but also move better, feel stronger, and perform more confidently in their everyday lives.

She works with a wide range of clients, from beginners just starting their fitness journey to individuals looking to elevate their training to the next level. Kirsten creates a supportive, educational, and accountable environment where clients feel guided and empowered.

Through her own experience with hormonal challenges, Kirsten understands that fitness is not about perfection. Her goal is to help clients build strength, confidence, and a sustainable sense of control over their health and bodies.
