Misha’s Fitness Journey
My journey began a few years ago, working a job that placed a lot of stress on my body. I used exercise to cope with mental stress and prevent injuries such as prolonged sitting. I had tried it all, including fad diets that were unrealistic and unattainable. As a BCRPA certified trainer, my goal is to create a maintainable lifestyle for my clients with long-term results. I try to bring a fun approach to my workouts, so they are never boring.
My main training focuses on strength and resistance training while incorporating age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility.
I want my clients to look forward to their next session through lifting weights and getting stronger. I aim to have my clients reach their results without depriving their bodies.
